Ingredients:

  1. 12 - frozen tortillas thawed
  2. 1 - medium onion chopped
  3. 1 tablespoons - oil
  4. 1 cans - 20 oz. solid pack tomatoes
  5. 1/2 cups - Summit Chablis
  6. 1 teaspoons - oregano
  7. - salt to taste
  8. 1/2 cups - Parmesan cheese grated
  9. 1/2 cups - Monterey Jack cheese cubed
  10. 1 pints - sour cream
  11. 1 cups - mild cheddar cheese grated

Directions:

Arrange thawed tortillas in large casserole.

Saute onions in hot oil. Add tomatoes, wine, oregano and salt. Simmer 15 minutes.

Pour sauce over tortillas; add Parmesan and cubes of Monterey Jack evenly over top. Spread sour cream over all.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Add cheddar and bake uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
