Ingredients:
- 12 - frozen tortillas thawed
- 1 - medium onion chopped
- 1 tablespoons - oil
- 1 cans - 20 oz. solid pack tomatoes
- 1/2 cups - Summit Chablis
- 1 teaspoons - oregano
- - salt to taste
- 1/2 cups - Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cups - Monterey Jack cheese cubed
- 1 pints - sour cream
- 1 cups - mild cheddar cheese grated
Directions:
Arrange thawed tortillas in large casserole.
Saute onions in hot oil. Add tomatoes, wine, oregano and salt. Simmer 15 minutes.
Pour sauce over tortillas; add Parmesan and cubes of Monterey Jack evenly over top. Spread sour cream over all.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Add cheddar and bake uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
