Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Pecans 900g
- 1 - Egg white
- 1 tablespoons - Water
- 1 cups - White sugar
- 1 tablespoons - Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
Directions:
Froth egg white and water
Toss nuts in mixture
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt
Toss over nuts
On parchment lined cookie sheet, bake @250 for 1 hour
Stir every 15 minutes
Cool and contain
