Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - mushrooms
  2. 1/2 cups - Parmesan cheese
  3. 1/4 cups - melted margarine
  4. 3 - green onions chopped
  5. - parsley chopped
  6. - garlic to taste
  7. - a dash of salt
  8. - buttered breadcrumbs for topping

Directions:

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop stems. Combine with other ingredients.

Place mixture evenly into mushroom caps and top with buttered breadcrumbs.

Bake for 5 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees F.
