Stuffed Chicken Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken 8 oz.
  2. 2 - eggs lightly beaten
  3. 6 - small boneless skinless chicken breast halves about 1-1/2 lbs; pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
  4. 1 cans - condensed cream of chicken soup 10-3/4 oz.
  5. 1/2 cups - milk
  6. 1 teaspoons - paprika

Directions:

1. Combine stuffing mix and 1 cup water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs.

2. Spread mixture over chicken breast, to within 1/2 inch of edges; roll chicken from short end to enclose stuffing mixture.

3. Place chicken rolls, seam side down, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.

4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
