Stuffed Artichokes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bunches - Whole Artichoke (or more than 1 idk)
  2. 1 bunches - Green Onions Chopped
  3. 3 cups - Italian Bread Crumbs (the one's with the royal blue lid)
  4. 3 cloves - FRESH garlic (not out of the jar Erick) chop
  5. 1 cups - Romano Cheese Finely Shredded
  6. 1 pinchs - Lemon juice (for the vibes)
  7. 6 dashes - Olive Oil (also for the vibes) Measurement not accurate. Use best judgement

Directions:

-Cut bottom, top, and leaves
-Place upside down in salt water

-Saute 1 bunch green onions (chopped) in olive oil
-add bread crumbs (3 cups) and lightly brown
-set pan aside to cool

-Chop fresh garlic (3 cloves)
-Add garlic and 1 cup romano cheese to the chilled bread crumbs
-You've made the stuffing!

-Open artichoke leaves and stuff with mixture

-place artichokes in pan + fill w/ water up to 1/2 artichoke
-add lemon juice to water
-drizzle olive oil on top of artichoke
-bring to boil + simmer til tunder (35 minutes)
