Ingredients:
- 1 packages - Frozen Spinach Defrosted & Drained
- 1/2 - Onion Grated
- 4 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 1 packages - Button Mushrooms Clean & Finely Chopped
- 1 packages - Puff Pastry
- 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder Or to Taste
- - Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 1 - Egg Beaten
- 1 packages - Frozen Spinach Defrosted & Drained
- 1/2 - Onion Grated
- 4 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 1 packages - Button Mushrooms Clean & Finely Chopped
- 1 packages - Puff Pastry
- 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder Or to Taste
- - Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 1 - Egg Beaten
Directions:
In a pan sauté the onion in the olive oil. Add the spinach and mix well (a couple of minutes) then add the mushrooms and mix another couple of minutes. Add parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper and cook until cheese is melted. Let cool a few minutes before spreading in pastry.
Unroll the unfrozen puff pastry and spread a little. Then add the spinach mixture spreading it all over the pastry. Roll and put in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum paper and heat oven to 350F. Cut the spinach roll in slices and put them in the cookie sheet. Paint the slices with the beaten egg and cook at 350F for about 15 to 20 minutes (or until golden brown).
