Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - fresh spinach washed, stems removed
- 2 - large naval oranges peeled, diced
- 2 tablespoons - olive oil
- 2 tablespoons - pinot grigio vinegar
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 cups - slivered almonds
- 1/4 cups - gorgonzola optional
Directions:
Place spinach in a large bowl with oranges, almonds and gorgonzola.
Add olive oil and toss until well coated. Add vinegar and toss lightly; add gorgonzola last.
Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
