Southern Tortellini Minestrone

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded
  2. 1 - Onion Chopped
  3. 1 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  4. 3 cloves - Garlic Minced
  5. 8 cups - Chicken Stock
  6. 3/4 cups - Dry White Wine
  7. 2 cans - Diced Tomatoes Italian Seasoned
  8. 1 packages - Frozen Green Beans
  9. 1 packages - Fresh Spinach
  10. 3 tablespoons - Fresh Parsley Chopped
  11. 1 tablespoons - Fresh Rosemary Chopped
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Crushed Red Pepper
  13. 1 packages - Frozen Cheese Tortellini
  14. 2 cups - Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded
  15. 1 - Onion Chopped
  16. 1 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  17. 3 cloves - Garlic Minced
  18. 8 cups - Chicken Stock
  19. 3/4 cups - Dry White Wine
  20. 2 cans - Diced Tomatoes Italian Seasoned
  21. 1 packages - Frozen Green Beans
  22. 1 packages - Fresh Spinach
  23. 3 tablespoons - Fresh Parsley Chopped
  24. 1 tablespoons - Fresh Rosemary Chopped
  25. 1/2 teaspoons - Crushed Red Pepper
  26. 1 packages - Frozen Cheese Tortellini

Directions:

Saute onion in hot oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat for 8 minutes or until onion is tender. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Stir in chicken broth, white wine, and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add cooked chicken, green beans, spinach, and spices. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer 15 minutes.

Add pasta, and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is done.

Serve warm with crusty French bread.
