Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - Self-rising Flour
- 10 ounces - Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups - Milk
- 2 tablespoons - Sugar
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 pinchs - Salt
- - Confectioner's sugar & Cinnamon Mixture
- 2 1/2 cups - Self-rising Flour
- 10 ounces - Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups - Milk
- 2 tablespoons - Sugar
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 pinchs - Salt
- - Confectioner's sugar & Cinnamon Mixture
Directions:
Mix together all but the cinnamon & sugar. Let sit for about 5 minutes. Fry in deep oil (approximately 2 inches) by spoonful. Brown on one side and turn over. Drain on absorbent paper and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
