Sopapilla Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans - crescent rolls
  2. 8 ounces - cream cheese
  3. 1 1/4 cups - sugar
  4. 1 - egg
  5. 1 sticks - butter
  6. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon melted
  7. 1/2 cups - chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Unroll 1 can of crescent rolls into greased 9x13 pan, making sure crescent rolls are laying flat.
3. Mix cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl, and spread mixture over rolls with a spatula.
4. Cover cream cheese mixture with second can of crescent rolls.
5. Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle ¼ c. sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
