Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Onion Chopped
- 1 cups - Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 3 cloves - Garlic Minced
- 3 - Chicken Breats Cut Into 1/2 inch Cubes
- 1 cans - Crushed Tomatoes Undrained
- 1 cartons - Chicken Stock
- 1 teaspoons - Basil
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups - Orzo Pasta Uncooked
- 1/4 cups - Butter
- 1 cups - Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 tablespoons - Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 cups - Onion Chopped
- 1 cups - Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 3 cloves - Garlic Minced
- 3 - Chicken Breats Cut Into 1/2 inch Cubes
- 1 cans - Crushed Tomatoes Undrained
- 1 cartons - Chicken Stock
- 1 teaspoons - Basil
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups - Orzo Pasta Uncooked
- 1/4 cups - Butter
- 1 cups - Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 tablespoons - Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese Shredded
Directions:
In a slow cooker, add onion, bell pepper, garlic, chicken, crushed tomatoes, stock, salt and pepper. Cover, cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Thirty minutes before serving, stir pasta into slow cooker. Cover; cook on high 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and Italian seasoning; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown.
Top soup with shredded cheese and toasted bread crumbs before serving with garlic or French crusty bread.
