Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Onion Chopped
  2. 1 cups - Red Bell Pepper Chopped
  3. 3 cloves - Garlic Minced
  4. 3 - Chicken Breats Cut Into 1/2 inch Cubes
  5. 1 cans - Crushed Tomatoes Undrained
  6. 1 cartons - Chicken Stock
  7. 1 teaspoons - Basil
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  10. 1/2 cups - Orzo Pasta Uncooked
  11. 1/4 cups - Butter
  12. 1 cups - Panko Bread Crumbs
  13. 1 tablespoons - Italian Seasoning
  14. 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  15. 1/2 cups - Onion Chopped
  16. 1 cups - Red Bell Pepper Chopped
  17. 3 cloves - Garlic Minced
  18. 3 - Chicken Breats Cut Into 1/2 inch Cubes
  19. 1 cans - Crushed Tomatoes Undrained
  20. 1 cartons - Chicken Stock
  21. 1 teaspoons - Basil
  22. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  23. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  24. 1/2 cups - Orzo Pasta Uncooked
  25. 1/4 cups - Butter
  26. 1 cups - Panko Bread Crumbs
  27. 1 tablespoons - Italian Seasoning
  28. 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese Shredded

Directions:

In a slow cooker, add onion, bell pepper, garlic, chicken, crushed tomatoes, stock, salt and pepper. Cover, cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

Thirty minutes before serving, stir pasta into slow cooker. Cover; cook on high 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and Italian seasoning; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown.

Top soup with shredded cheese and toasted bread crumbs before serving with garlic or French crusty bread.
