Ingredients:
- 2/3 cups - brown sugar packed
- 2 tablespoons - garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoons - chili flakes
- 2 cups - beef broth
- 1 cups - soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons - sesame oil
- 1/3 cups - corn starch
- 2 pounds - beef chuck roast, thin strips cut across the grain

Directions:
Add to crock pot the sugar, garlic, chili flakes, broth, soy sauce, oil and corn starch. Whisk until smooth. Toss the beef in. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, uncovered for the last thirty minutes. Serve with steamed broccoli.
