Ingredients:
- 1/2 pounds - butter
- 1/4 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 teaspoons - grated onions
- 1/2 cups - sherry
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - dill weed (fresh)
- 1 - lemon juiced
- 6 - egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups - heavy cream
- 2 pounds - shrimp boiled, peeled
Directions:
Saute onion in butter with salt and pepper. Add sherry, dill weed and lemon juice and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Beat egg yolks and cream well; add SLOWLY to hot mixture. Stir until thickened, then add shrimp and heat through.
