Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Milk Powder
  2. 100 grams - Paneer Grated
  3. 3 tablespoons - Sugar
  4. 1 tablespoons - Cream
  5. 20 strips - Kesar
  6. 4 tablespoons - Siloni Topru
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Cardamom Powder
  8. 1 teaspoons - Ghee
  9. pinchs - Eating Kapoor
  10. 1 teaspoons - Almond Slices
  11. - Kesar For Garnishing
  12. - Nagarwel Pan For Garnishing

Directions:

In a pan, first mix milk powder, paneer, sugar and cream.
Now turn on the gas and cook them.
Now add kesar, coconut and cardamom powder and mix.
Now add ghee, kapoor and almond slices and mix together.
Cool on room temperature.
Now mold the modaks.

Serve with garnishing.
