Sautéed Apples

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Butter
  2. 4 - Large Tarte Apples peeled, cored, and sliced 1/4" thick
  3. 2 teaspoons - Cornstarch
  4. 1/2 cups - Cold Water
  5. 1/2 cups - Brown Sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cinnamon
  7. 1/4 cups - Butter
  8. 4 - Large Tarte Apples peeled, cored, and sliced 1/4" thick
  9. 2 teaspoons - Cornstarch
  10. 1/2 cups - Cold Water
  11. 1/2 cups - Brown Sugar
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cinnamon

Directions:

In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter, over medium heat; add apples. Cook, stirring constantly, until apples are almost tender- about 6-7 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in water, add to skillet. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve warm.
