Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - Salmon filets
  2. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  3. 1/8 teaspoons - Pepper
  4. 2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  5. 2 tablespoons - Butter or margarine melted
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Honey
  7. 1/4 cups - Soft bread crumbs
  8. 1/4 cups - Pecans finely chopped
  9. 1 tablespoons - Fresh parsley chopped

Directions:

Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place, skin side down, in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine mustard, butter and honey; brush over salmon.
