Ingredients:
- 4 - Salmon filets
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - Pepper
- 2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons - Butter or margarine melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Honey
- 1/4 cups - Soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cups - Pecans finely chopped
- 1 tablespoons - Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place, skin side down, in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine mustard, butter and honey; brush over salmon.
