Ingredients:
- - beef roast or tenderloin
- - garlic slices
- 3 cubes - beef bouillon
- 3 cups - water
- - garlic salt and pepper to taste
- - onion or pepper slices optional
Directions:
Slash beef a few times and insert garlic slices into openings.
Cook at 325 degrees F, uncovered, to rare. Take garlic slices out. Wrap meat in foil with juice drained and set aside. Have sliced.
To the reserved juice add bouillon cubes and water; bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Add garlic salt and pepper. Can add onion or pepper slices, if wanted.
Refrigerate juice overnight. Add meat to marinade in refrigerator for 1 day.
Heat, covered, for 1 hour at 250 degrees F.
