Rhubarb Crust

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - Flour
  2. 1 1/2 cups - Oatmeal
  3. 1 cups - Butter
  4. 1 cups - Brown sugar
  5. 1 cups - Walnuts
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking soda
  7. 3 cups - Rhubarb
  8. 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
  9. 1/4 cups - Water
  10. 3 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  11. - Red food coloring
  12. 1 1/2 cups - Flour
  13. 1 1/2 cups - Oatmeal
  14. 1 cups - Butter
  15. 1 cups - Brown sugar
  16. 1 cups - Walnuts
  17. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking soda
  18. 3 cups - Rhubarb
  19. 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
  20. 1/4 cups - Water
  21. 3 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  22. - Red food coloring

Directions:

Crust is flour, oatmeal, butter, sugars, walnut, and soda. Spread 3/4 into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Put rhubarb into saucepan. Add sugar, water, cornstarch and red coloring. Boil and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over crust Top with rest of crust. Bake 325 for 25 min.
