Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - red pepper cored, deseeded, chopped
  2. 3 - medium sized tomatoes
  3. 1 - celery stalk
  4. 1 cups - unsweetened nut milk
  5. 1/4 cups - chopped sweet onion
  6. 1 tablespoons - nutritional yeast
  7. 3/4 teaspoons - sea salt
  8. 1 - garlic clove, chopped
  9. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice

Directions:

Blend everything until smooth in a blender and serve. You can make this soup and clean up in less than 5 minutes!
