Optional additions… #1. Add up to 3 tsps of savory spices such as garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika. Or #2. Add 3 tsps of sweet spices such as cinnamon, clove, nutmeg. Or #3. Add up to 1/3 cup of chopped green or black olives or sun dried tomatoes.

Ingredients:
- 300 grams - Red Lentil flour
- 190 grams - GF oat flour or quinoa flour or a mix of the two
- 26 grams - Psillium husk Powder
- 6 tablespoons - Sunflower seeds - optional
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
- 2 tablespoons - Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice
- 575 milliliters - Water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large loaf pan with parchment paper. Combine flours with all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to distribute evenly. Add the water and vinegar, mix thoroughly then pour batter into lined loaf pan and bake at 400° for 50 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool completely on a rack before slicing.
