Ingredients:

  1. 3 ounces - Cream Cheese
  2. 1 ounces - Raspberries fresh or frozen
  3. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  4. 2 teaspoons - Monk Fruit Sweetener or other sweetener
  5. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla extract
  6. - 1/6 tsp salt
  7. 3 ounces - Cream Cheese
  8. 1 ounces - Raspberries fresh or frozen
  9. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  10. 2 teaspoons - Monk Fruit Sweetener or other sweetener
  11. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla extract
  12. - 1/6 tsp salt

Directions:

Process all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor to get a smooth cream.
Divide into silicone molds and freeze for about 2 hours until solid.
Serve cold.
