Ingredients:
- 3 ounces - Cream Cheese
- 1 ounces - Raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons - Monk Fruit Sweetener or other sweetener
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla extract
- - 1/6 tsp salt
- 3 ounces - Cream Cheese

- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil

Directions:
Process all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor to get a smooth cream.
Divide into silicone molds and freeze for about 2 hours until solid.
Serve cold.
