Ingredients:

  1. 4 - Eggs
  2. 2 1/4 cups - Sugar
  3. 5 cups - Milk
  4. 2 cups - Cream
  5. 2 cups - 1/2 & 1/2
  6. 4 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 4 - Eggs
  9. 2 1/4 cups - Sugar
  10. 5 cups - Milk
  11. 2 cups - Cream
  12. 2 cups - 1/2 & 1/2
  13. 4 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt

Directions:

Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is thick. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into Gallon ice cream freezer. Makes 4 quarts.
