Ingredients:
- 4 - Eggs
- 2 1/4 cups - Sugar
- 5 cups - Milk
- 2 cups - Cream
- 2 cups - 1/2 & 1/2
- 4 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 4 - Eggs
- 2 1/4 cups - Sugar
- 5 cups - Milk
- 2 cups - Cream
- 2 cups - 1/2 & 1/2
- 4 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
Directions:
Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is thick. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into Gallon ice cream freezer. Makes 4 quarts.
