Quick Orange Marmalade

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - medium oranges
  2. 1 - medium lemon
  3. 1 1/2 cups - water
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - baking soda
  5. 6 cups - sugar
  6. 1/2 bottles - fruit pectin

Directions:

Remove peel from fruit (cut out white part). Slice peels fine.

Add water and baking soda to peels; cook 10 minutes.

Chop fruit over a bowl, catching juices; cook with peels for 20 minutes.

Add sugar and heat to boiling; cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add fruit pectin.

Place in sterilized jars and set in water bath for 10 minutes.
