Ingredients:
- 1 - Hy-Vee frozen pie shell (9-inch)
- 8 slices - pre-cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 cups - shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 - eggs
- 1 1/4 cups - half-and-half OR milk
- 1/2 tablespoons - salt
- 1/8 tablespoons - ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tablespoons - pepper
Directions:
Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with a fork. Bake according to package directions. Remove from oven, cool.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese into pie shell.
Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended; pour into pie crust.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
