Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - olive oil
- 1/2 cups - sugar (heaping)
- 1/2 cups - brown sugar
- 2 whole - eggs, beaten
- 15 ounces - can of pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups - flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons - nutmeg
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/2 cups - brown sugar
- 2 whole - eggs, beaten
- 15 ounces - can of pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups - flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons - nutmeg
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/2 cups - olive oil
- 1/2 cups - sugar (heaping)
Directions:
Beat oil and sugars together.
Stir in eggs, pumpkin, and dry ingredients
Pour batter in to greased and flour loaf pan
Get your crockpot out:(needs to be the oval shaped, large crockpot)
Pour 2 cups of water in to the crockpot and then place your loaf pan into the crockpot.
Cover the top of the crockpot with several paper towels. THIS IS A MUST. The paper towels absorb the steam so the pumpkin bread does not get soggy!!!
Place the crockpot lid on the top of the crockpot holding the paper towels in place as you place the lid over the paper towels. Will need to pull the papertowels so they are straight across the opening of the crockpot and not dipped down on top of the pumpkin bread batter
Bake on high 2.5 or 3 hours
Remove and enjoy!!!
