Ingredients:

  1. 4 - Eggs Large
  2. 1 2/3 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 cups - Canola Oil
  4. 1 cans - Pumpkin 15 ounces
  5. 2 cups - All-Purpose Flour
  6. 2 teaspoons - Ground Cinnamon
  7. 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  8. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  9. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  10. 6 ounces - Cream Cheese Softened
  11. 2 cups - Confectioner's Sugar
  12. 1/4 cups - Salted Butter Softened
  13. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  14. 1 tablespoons - 2% Milk

  17. 1 cups - Canola Oil
  18. 1 cans - Pumpkin 15 ounces
  19. 2 cups - All-Purpose Flour
  20. 2 teaspoons - Ground Cinnamon
  21. 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  22. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  23. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  24. 6 ounces - Cream Cheese Softened
  25. 2 cups - Confectioner's Sugar
  26. 1/4 cups - Salted Butter Softened
  27. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  28. 1 tablespoons - 2% Milk

Directions:

In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until well blended.

Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt: gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.

Pour into an ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely.

For icing, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, butter and vanilla in a small bowl. Add enough milk to achieve spreading consistency. Spread icing over bars. Store in the refrigerator.
