Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Oil
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 2 cups - Pumpkin
- 4 - Eggs
- 2 cups - Flour
- 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 3 ounces - Cream cheese softened (or 1/2 of 8 oz brick)
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups - Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 sticks - Butter softened
- 1 tablespoons - Milk
- 1 cups - Oil
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 2 cups - Pumpkin
- 4 - Eggs
- 2 cups - Flour
- 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 3 ounces - Cream cheese softened (or 1/2 of 8 oz brick)
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups - Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 sticks - Butter softened
- 1 tablespoons - Milk
Directions:
Bars:
Use a spoon -- mix oil and sugar, add pumpkin. Add eggs and dry ingredients. Put in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350°.
Frosting:
Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Spread on cooled bars.
