Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Oil
  2. 2 cups - Sugar
  3. 2 cups - Pumpkin
  4. 4 - Eggs
  5. 2 cups - Flour
  6. 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
  7. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  9. 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  10. 3 ounces - Cream cheese softened (or 1/2 of 8 oz brick)
  11. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  12. 1 3/4 cups - Powdered Sugar
  13. 3/4 sticks - Butter softened
  14. 1 tablespoons - Milk
  15. 1 cups - Oil
  16. 2 cups - Sugar
  17. 2 cups - Pumpkin
  18. 4 - Eggs
  19. 2 cups - Flour
  20. 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
  21. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
  22. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  23. 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  24. 3 ounces - Cream cheese softened (or 1/2 of 8 oz brick)
  25. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  26. 1 3/4 cups - Powdered Sugar
  27. 3/4 sticks - Butter softened
  28. 1 tablespoons - Milk

Directions:

Bars:
Use a spoon -- mix oil and sugar, add pumpkin. Add eggs and dry ingredients. Put in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350°.

Frosting:
Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Spread on cooled bars.
