Ingredients:

  1. 6 cups - raw potatoes peeled & grated
  2. 1 whole - small onion grated
  3. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  4. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  5. 5 cups - flour
  6. 6 cups - raw potatoes peeled & grated
  7. 1 whole - small onion grated
  8. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  9. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  10. 5 cups - flour

Directions:

-Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
-Form dumplings & drop into boiling water
-Boil 45-60 minutes
-Serve hot with melted butter or broth
