Ingredients:
- - Seasoning Salt
- - Parsley Flakes
- - Garlic Powder
- 18 - Worchestershire Sauce (Squirts)
- 1 whole - Large Onion chopped
- 2 bunches - Scallions chopped
- 4 sticks - Celery chopped
- 1 whole - Green Pepper chopped
- 1 whole - Red Pepper chopped
- 5 cans - Tomatoes (16oz Cans) squish with hands
- 5 cans - Tomato Sauce (4oz Cans)
- 2 cans - Tomato Paste (6oz Cans)
- 2 packages - Chili Seasoning
- 2 pounds - Pasty Meat (Course Ground Beef and Pork)
- 3 1/4 pounds - Ground Beef Chuck
- - Salt
- - Pepper
- - Garlic Salt
- 2 cans - Light Red Beans with juice
- 2 cans - Dark Red Beans with juice
- 1 cups - Chili Powder
Directions:
In Large Pot
Onion
Scallions
Celery
Green Pepper
Red Pepper
Tomato
Tomato Sauce
Tomato Paste
Chili Seasoning
Brown:
Pasty Meat
Ground Beef Chuck
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Salt as you brown
DRAIN AFTER BROWN!!
Add to Meat:
Light Red Beans
Dark Red Beans
Chili Powder
Sprinkle Seasoning salt, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt and LOTS of pepper
Add meat and bean mixture to vegetables in large pot.
While simmering, add about 18 squirts of Worchestershire Sauce
Add chili powder as it simmers
Simmer an Serve HOT!!
