Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - apples or plums
  2. 3/4 cups - cider
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons - tapioca
  4. 1 cups - sugar
  5. 2 - egg yolks
  6. 6 tablespoons - sugar
  7. 2 - egg whites
  8. dashes - salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  10. 6 tablespoons - all purpose flour
  11. 1/4 teaspoons - almond extract
  12. 2 pounds - apples or plums
  13. 3/4 cups - cider
  14. 1 1/2 tablespoons - tapioca
  15. 1 cups - sugar
  16. 2 - egg yolks
  17. 6 tablespoons - sugar
  18. 2 - egg whites
  19. dashes - salt
  20. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  21. 6 tablespoons - all purpose flour
  22. 1/4 teaspoons - almond extract

Directions:

1. Simmer all the ingredients from Fruit Mixture from 10-12 minutes.
2. Fold together ingredients from Topping and beat until stiff.
3. Spoon topping over fruit and bake in 325° oven for 35-40 minutes.
