Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Margarine
- 1/2 cups - Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 1/2 cups - Brown Sugar
- 1 whole - Egg
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
- 1 3/4 cups - All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/2 pounds - Chocolate Kisses
Directions:
Cream together the margarine, peanut butter, and sugars. Add egg and vanilla, beating well. Blend in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Shape dough into one-inch balls. Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and place one candy kiss on top of each cookie, pressing down firmly so the cookie cracks around the edge.
Return to oven and bake 2-5 minutes longer, until light golden brown.
