Ingredients:

  1. 6 - Peaches (large)
  2. 1/4 cups - Granulated Sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Ginger
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cinnamon
  5. 1 pinchs - Salt
  6. 3 cups - Flour
  7. 1 1/2 cups - Brown Sugar
  8. 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cinnamon
  10. 3/4 cups - Butter
  11. 6 - Peaches (large)
  12. 1/4 cups - Granulated Sugar
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - Ginger
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cinnamon
  15. 1 pinchs - Salt
  16. 3 cups - Flour
  17. 1 1/2 cups - Brown Sugar
  18. 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
  19. 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cinnamon
  20. 3/4 cups - Butter

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Make peaches: In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
2. Make topping: In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Pour in melted butter and stir until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Pour peaches and juices into a large baking dish. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over peaches.
4. Bake until topping is golden and peaches are bubbling, 45 to 50 minutes.
5. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
