Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - sliced peaches, fresh or canned (16 oz.)
  2. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
  3. 1 cups - sifted flour
  4. 1 cups - sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 - egg beaten
  7. 6 tablespoons - butter melted
  8. - cinnamon ice cream optional, for serving with

Directions:

Fork mix together flour, sugar and salt with beaten egg.

Sprinkle over peaches in baking dish.

Drizzle melted butter over top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes.

Add cinnamon ice cream when serving.
