Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups - warm water
- 1/4 cups - butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 3 1/4 cups - bread flour
- 2 tablespoons - white sugar
- 2 tablespoons - dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 2 teaspoons - bread machine yeast
- 1/2 cups - chopped dried mixed fruit
- 3/4 cups - warm water
- 1/4 cups - butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 3 1/4 cups - bread flour
- 2 tablespoons - white sugar
- 2 tablespoons - dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 2 teaspoons - bread machine yeast
- 1/2 cups - chopped dried mixed fruit
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients except for the mixed fruit into the pan of your bread machine in order directed by manufacturer.
2. Select Sweet or Basic/White bread cycle, and use the Medium or Light crust color. Do not use the delay cycles.
3. Add the fruit 5 to 10 minutes before the last kneading cycle ends, or when the raisin or nut signal starts.
