Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - warm water
  2. 1/4 cups - butter
  3. 2 - eggs
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  5. 3 1/4 cups - bread flour
  6. 2 tablespoons - white sugar
  7. 2 tablespoons - dry milk powder
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  9. 2 teaspoons - bread machine yeast
  10. 1/2 cups - chopped dried mixed fruit
  11. 3/4 cups - warm water
  12. 1/4 cups - butter
  13. 2 - eggs
  14. 1 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  15. 3 1/4 cups - bread flour
  16. 2 tablespoons - white sugar
  17. 2 tablespoons - dry milk powder
  18. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  19. 2 teaspoons - bread machine yeast
  20. 1/2 cups - chopped dried mixed fruit

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients except for the mixed fruit into the pan of your bread machine in order directed by manufacturer.

2. Select Sweet or Basic/White bread cycle, and use the Medium or Light crust color. Do not use the delay cycles.

3. Add the fruit 5 to 10 minutes before the last kneading cycle ends, or when the raisin or nut signal starts.
