Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons - butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 - large onion diced
- 2 - potatoes peeled and sliced into chunks
- 2 - medium carrots sliced
- 1/4 cups - chopped celery
- 3 cups - half-and-half
- 1 cans - creamed corn
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1 pints - oysters with juice
- 4 tablespoons - butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 - large onion diced
- 2 - potatoes peeled and sliced into chunks
- 2 - medium carrots sliced
- 1/4 cups - chopped celery
- 3 cups - half-and-half
- 1 cans - creamed corn
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1 pints - oysters with juice
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine in a large pot. Add onions and celery and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft.
Add potatoes, carrots and parsley. Add half-and-half. Simmer until potatoes are soft.
Stir in 1/2 can of creamed corn; add oysters. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
