Onion Soup with Worcestershire

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cups - Butter
  2. 4 - Onions thinly sliced
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Worcestershire Sauce
  4. 4 cups - Beef Broth
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  8. 1/3 cups - Butter
  9. 4 - Onions thinly sliced
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Worcestershire Sauce
  11. 4 cups - Beef Broth
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  13. 1/8 teaspoons - Salt
  14. 1/8 teaspoons - Black Pepper

Directions:

In a large skillet melt the butter. Saute onions in butter until lightly brown. Add Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat.
In large saucepan combine broth, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in the onion mixture and heat through.
