"Oh Mylanta That's good"! SF Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/3 cups - cream cheese
  2. 6 tablespoons - butter
  3. 2 tablespoons - cocoa
  4. 6 tablespoons - sweetener
  5. 3 tablespoons - to 4 Tbsp. heavy cream
  6. 2 ounces - 85% dark chocolate shaved thin
  7. 1 - pre-baked crust of your choice (I use store-bought walnut crust)

Directions:

Soften cream cheese and butter, then combine in a mixer with cocoa, sweetener and heavy cream. Add more heavy cream to achieve a smooth, thick consistency.

Mix on medium-high speed for about 1 minute or until mixture is fluffy.

Gently fold in shaved dark chocolate and spread mixture into crust.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving, if you can wait that long!
