Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cups - cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons - butter
- 2 tablespoons - cocoa
- 6 tablespoons - sweetener
- 3 tablespoons - to 4 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 2 ounces - 85% dark chocolate shaved thin
- 1 - pre-baked crust of your choice (I use store-bought walnut crust)
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and butter, then combine in a mixer with cocoa, sweetener and heavy cream. Add more heavy cream to achieve a smooth, thick consistency.
Mix on medium-high speed for about 1 minute or until mixture is fluffy.
Gently fold in shaved dark chocolate and spread mixture into crust.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving, if you can wait that long!
