Sunflower seeds or Raw almonds can be substituted for cashews. Serve over steamed veggies or cooked whole grains. Leftovers can be used as a dip for raw veggies.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - Raw Cashews
- 2 1/2 cups - water
- 3/4 cups - nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons - cornstarch
- 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
- 1 teaspoons - sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons - onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons - smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons - turmeric powder
- 1/8 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons - tahini
- 1 teaspoons - miso paste
- 1/8 teaspoons - black pepper
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender till smooth. Pour into sauce pan and cook over low to medium heat stirring constantly till thickened. If you want a thinner consistency add water a little at a time.
