Nutella Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - Eggs (large)
  2. 375 grams - Nutella
  3. 150 grams - Self Raising Flour
  4. 175 grams - Unsalted Butter
  5. 175 grams - Icing Sugar
  6. 360 grams - Nutella
  7. - Milk

Directions:

1. Whisk the eggs, Nutella & flour together and spoon into cupcake cases.

2. Bake at 180c for 10-15mins or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

2. Whisk Nutella, butter and icing sugar together until it forms a nice stiff peak. Add small quantities of milk if needed.

3. Once the cupcakes have cooled, pipe the butter icing on top.
