Mushroom soup

Ingredients:

  1. 500 grams - mushrooms
  2. 200 grams - onions
  3. 2 blocks - mushroom/veggie broth cubes
  4. 3 cups - water
  5. 1/2 cups - light cooking cream alpro cuisine light

Directions:

Bring 700ml water to boil⁣

Cut the mushrooms and onions in pieces⁣

Add broth cubes, mushrooms, and onions in the water and boil for 10 minutes⁣

Add the cream⁣

Puree the soup⁣

(Optional) sprinkle seasoning like herbs and black pepper
