Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Khichdi Traditional khichdi with moong dal with skin
- 5 tablespoons - Pearl Millet Atta
- 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- - Salt To Taste
- 2 tablespoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
- - Wheat Flour For Rolling
- 2 tablespoons - Sesame Seeds
- - Oil To Saute
- - Curd With Chili and Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and make the atta.
Now add a little oil and soften the atta.
Now roll the mungdis, add a little hole in middle, add sesame seeds on top.
Roast the mungdi with little oil on both sides.
Serve hot.
