Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ziti
  2. 1 cans - 6 oz. tomato paste
  3. 1 cans - crushed tomatoes large can
  4. 1 1/2 containers - ricotta cheese
  5. 1 1/2 packages - shredded mozzarella
  6. 2 teaspoons - Italian seasoning
  7. 1 - egg
  8. 1/4 cups - milk
  9. 1 - small onion diced
  10. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  11. - parmesan cheese

Directions:

For sauce: Put some olive oil in pan; chop onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, paste, and water. Add seasoning (a dash each of salt and pepper plus the Italian seasoning).

Cheese mixture: Combine ricotta cheese and mozzarella with egg, milk, and some parmesan cheese.

Cook pasta. In a big bowl, mix cheese mix with pasta.

Put some sauce in bottom of a pan. Add pasta mixture and spread out. Put some sauce on top.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Cover with tin foil.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
