Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoons - ground black pepper
- 1 packages - 8 oz. refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 packages - 2.5 oz. processed ham chopped
- 1 - small onion chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cups - (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 - egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Finely chop ham and onion using Food Chopper; place in a mixing bowl.
Add cheese, egg, mustard and pepper; mix well.
Lightly spray mini-muffin pan with vegetable oil. Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 pieces using pizza cutter.
Press dough pieces into muffin tins using Mini-Tart Shaper dipped in flour. Fill each muffin cup with filling using small Stainless Steel Scoop.
Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Variation: Mini Ham Squares: Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on 13-inch baking stone with narrow ends towards center. Pinch seams to seal. Spread filling over crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares.
