It's delicious and super high in fiber! Make sure you have it with plenty of liquids, or the flax won't digest properly. Highly recommend this with tea!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - Quick oats 80 cals
- 1 tablespoons - Ground flax 45 cals
- 2 tablespoons - Unsweetened almond milk 4 cals
- 25 grams - Banana 21 cals
- 1 dashes - Water 0 cals
- 1 - Stevia packet 0
- 1 tablespoons - Jam *optional* Put on at the end or it will burn
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, until it's wet but not watery. Form it into a cake in the bowl.
Cook in microwave in 30 sec increments, consistently checking so that it doesnt burn. When the top seems cooked and dry, flip it over onto a small plate and keep cooking
