Ingredients:
- 2 cups - sugar
- 2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups - flour
- 1 cans - 540 mL crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 cups - chopped walnuts
- 4 ounces - cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups - butter
- 2 cups - icing powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
Directions:
For Cake:
Mix together all cake ingredients. Bake in greased 9-x-13-inch pan at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes and cool.
For Topping / Icing:
Beat together frosting ingredients until fluffy and spread on cake.
