Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 teaspoons - Cream of Tartar
  2. tablespoons - 4 White Sugar
  3. whole - 4 Egg Whites

Directions:

Beat eeg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks begin to form

Add something gar and beat until stiff

Pile meringue into hot filling and spread making sure the meringue is right to the edge of the pie plate.

Bake in 400F oven for 6-8min, until golden brown

Allow pie to cool on counter
Best served fresh when still slightly warm
