Marinated Shrimp and Artichokes

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - white balsamic vinegar
  2. 2 tablespoons - finely chopped fresh parsley
  3. 2 tablespoons - finely chopped green onion
  4. 3 tablespoons - olive oil
  5. 1 envelopes - 0.75 oz. garlic-and-herb dressing mix
  6. 1 pounds - large cooked shrimp (21/30 count) peeled and deveined
  7. 1 cans - 14 oz. artichoke hearts drained and cut in half
  8. 1 cans - 6 oz. large black olives drained
  9. 1 cups - halved grape tomatoes
  10. 1 packages - 4 oz. feta cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  11. - small fresh basil leaves

Directions:

Whisk together balsamic vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in shrimp and next 4 ingredients. Cover and chill 8 to 24 hours.

Stir in desired amount of basil just before serving. Serve with a slotted spoon.
