Lithuanian Apple Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Flour
  2. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  3. 1 - Egg
  4. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  5. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Sugar and/or 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  6. 1 tablespoons - Sour Cream
  7. 1/4 cups - Oil
  8. 1 dashes - Salt
  9. 2 cups - Apples
  10. 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  11. - Icing Sugar to sprinkle
  12. 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  13. - Icing Sugar to sprinkle
  14. 1 cups - Flour
  15. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  16. 1 - Egg
  17. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  18. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Sugar and/or 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  19. 1 tablespoons - Sour Cream
  20. 1/4 cups - Oil
  21. 1 dashes - Salt
  22. 2 cups - Apples

Directions:

Peel apples, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Beat egg with sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add sour cream and oil and continue beating.
Sieve flour with baking soda, add beaten eggs and apple cubes.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Place tablespoons of the batter on the tray. Bake 15-20 minutes in 180°C oven. Cool down and sprinkle with icing sugar.
