Notes:
**substitute 6 oz. tofu for the green beans if desired but add the tofu to the food processor with the walnuts rather than it cooking in the instant pot with the lentils. This is great eaten as is. Also nice served on crackers or slices of turnip, daikon radish, carrot or cucumber, stuffed in celery or used as a sandwich spread. Spice it up a bit more if you like with tabasco.

Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Lentils
- 1 1/2 cups - vegetable broth
- 2 - large onions chopped
- 1 tablespoons - oil
- 1 cups - walnuts chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - sea salt
- 2 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1/2 pounds - Green beans
Directions:
Sauté onions in oil in Instant pot till translucent. Press cancel then add broth, lentils and green beans. Set Intsant pot to high pressure, close vent and cook for 30 minutes allow natural release. Drain any excess liquid. Chop walnuts, salt and pepper in food processor till crumbly then add lentil-green bean mixture and process till well mixed. Chill if desired or serve warm.
