  1. 1 - egg
  2. 2 tablespoons - water
  3. 3/4 cups - sugar
  4. 1 tablespoons - flour
  5. 1 - lemon, the juice from


Mix egg and water together well.

Add the sugar and flour to the water mixture and add the juice of the lemon.

Cook on slow heat, stirring constantly. Cook until it looks transparent.

Let sauce cool and keep in refrigerator. This will keep for several weeks.

Slice fresh bananas and pour enough sauce over bananas to coat them in sauce (don't put too much).
